•Returns are accepted within 3 days of product delivery with proof of receipt for store credit only.
 
•Clothing and accessories are eligible for returns.
•Returns are not accepted for hair products.
 
•Braids may be repaired within 7 days, subject to approval.
 
•Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be considered for store credit.
 
•Exceptions may apply based on individual circumstances.
•Client information is kept confidential and used solely for appointment scheduling and communication purposes.
 
•We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
•Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
 
•We provide age-appropriate services and maintain a family-friendly environment.
•Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or adjust their appointment.
 
•Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate subsequent appointments.
 
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
 
At Afro Chic Braids, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the best service. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, please adhere to the following policy:
 
• No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment will result in a loss of deposit or a $50 no-show charge per service booked.
• Online Appointments: Must be canceled by 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled appointment.
• Same-Day Appointments: Must be canceled at least two hours before the scheduled time.
• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged a $50 fee.
• Repeat No-Shows: Multiple no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
 
No-shows and last-minute cancellations affect both our business and other clients. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
